Design - Here we have an early 1940s to late 1930s navy blue silk dress with red and white polka dots. It features a collar and sleeves trimmed in white with a white floral corsage at the neck.. It has a fitted waist with two triangular shaped pockets just below, a lovely pleat at the front and six small buttons up the back at the neck. Such a charming day dress of the era just blooming with style.
