Early College Tracksuit...
Design - This is an absolutely fantastic tracksuit in a two-tone, orange and navy wool from Syracuse College in New York. It features both the sweatshirt with orange ribbed collar, waistband and wrist cuffs, as well as the orange felt "Syracuse" lettering across the front. The Pants have an elastic waist with Talon Zips. Crazy that it has survived together and not been separated all these years. Worn by unnamed 1936 track team member. An exceptional piece.
Material - heavy wool and felt, Talon Zippers.

Arm pit to arm pit - 21"
Shoulders -21" (Keep in mind that the shoulder seam is actually down on the arm further that modern shoulder seams)
Waist - 19"
Length - 25" (From top of back collar to bottom)
Sleeve- 22 1/2" (Keep in mind that that shoulder seam comes down on the arm further than modern sweatshirts and is probably more like a 24" sleeve)
Condition - This fantastic suit is in a heavily repaired state. It has been extensively repaired in like color threading on the navy and blue ribbing. It comes to you in clean, ready-to-wear vintage condition.
